Germanic payments service provider heidelpay has attained point-of-sale terminal supplier Alpha-Cash, its 6th purchase since private equity firm AnaCap introduced a controlling stake in the company in 2017.

“Bricks-and-mortar retailing and e-commerce are increasingly converging. Payment service platforms now need to provide a seamless, omnichannel payments experience across e-commerce and PoS thus enabling retailers to offer their customers truly satisfying shopping experience,” says Mirko Hüllemann, founder and CEO of the heidelpay Group.

The purchase of Alpha-Cash, the credit and debit card terminal specialist, based in Leipzig and Rostock, is aimed at maximizing the heidelpay Group’s growth, which indicates revenue and EBITDA increasing 41% and 93% from FY17 to FY18.

Currently, Alpha-Cash Payment is the third company within the heidelpay Group providing cashless payments to be transacted at the PoS, following Service back in October 2017, Hamburg-based StarTec Payment and May 2018 in Avanti Technology Graf, a commercial network provider in the Munich region.

What is Alpha Cash?

Alpha Cash is a Russian-language cryptocurrency investment platform. The company demonstrates as “the group of expert’s professionals from several branches who have grouped together to create a fine crypto-exchange platform.”

The Alpha Cash website was hosted privately as “alpha-cash.com” on the 29th of May, 2017. The company was hosted in Hong Kong and operating from head office based in Yekaterinburg, Russia.

• Premier – Donate at least $10,000, personally recruit affiliates who together donate at least $50,000 and have a total downline investment volume of at least $500,000
• Co-Founder – Donate at least $20,000, personally recruit affiliates who together donate at least $100,000 and have a total downline investment volume of at least $1,000,000

Withdrawal Limits

The fund of the affiliate invests determines the fund they can withdraw each week:

• Beginner – $500
• Promoter – $750
• Protector – $1000
• Partner – $2000
• Premier – $5000
• Co-Founder – $10,000

Referral Commissions

The payment format for the referral Commissions paid by Alpha Cash is through a unilevel compensation structure.

However, compensation structure drive affiliates at the top of the unilevel team, with every individual sponsored, are located beneath them.

When the affiliate of the level 1 recruits’ new affiliates, they are placed in the level 2 of the real affiliate’s unilevel team. Similarly, when the affiliate of the level 2 recruits’ new affiliates, they are put at the level 3 and the process continues as many levels are possible to create.

Alpha Cash cap payable levels at 5

According to the fund invested by affiliates, the referral commissions are paid in terms of percentage across these 5 levels as follows:

• Beginner – 5% on level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates) and 3% on level 2
  
• Promoter – 6% on level 1, 3% on level 2 and 2% on level 3
  
• Protector – 8% on level 1, 3% on level 2, 2% on level 3 and 1% on level 4
  
• Partner – 9% on level 1, 4% on level 2, 2% on level 3 and 1% on levels 4 and 5
  
• Premier – 10% on level 1, 4% on level 2, 3% on level 3, 2% on level 4 and 1% on level 5
  
• Co-Founder – 11% on level 1, 5% on level 2, 4% on level 3, 3% on level 4 and 2% on level 5
  

A 10% “Mentors Bonus” can also earn by the affiliate who eligible as mentors.

However, Mentor qualification entails are not provided in the Alpha Cash compensation material.

Residual Commissions

Alpha Cash pays residual commission based on the ROI payment paid to downline existing affiliates.

Residual commissions are as follows

• Beginner – 3% on level 1 and 2% on level 2
  
• Promoter – 4% on level 1, 2% on level 2 and 1% on level 3
  
• Protector – 5% on level 1, 3% on level 2, 2% on level 3 and 1% on level 4

Affiliates who reach as the promoter and reach higher rank can have a one-time bonus as follows:

• Promoter – $300
  
• Protector – $1000
  
• Partner – $3000
  
• Premier – $10,000
  
• Co-Founder – $25,000
  

Joining Alpha Cash

For signing up Alpha Cash as an affiliate must invest in a range $10 – $30,000.

Conclusion

The crypto expert says that Alpha Cash claims they generate ROI of 200% by conducting Cryptocurrency trading, but it fails to provide the evidence of such trading.

The source of income is the fresh investment coming from recruited affiliates. However, the decreased number of the recruitment number will affect company’s income. This will also have an adverse effect on ROI.

The new affiliates take part only till they get benefited from ROI. Once they do not receive fixed ROI then they would not participate anymore.
