ZachXBT Raises Concerns Over JuCoin Withdrawals and Reported Reserves

Crypto investigator ZachXBT said multiple users have reported withdrawal issues on JuCoin over the past week, raising concerns about the exchange’s operations. He also questioned JuCoin’s claimed $511 million in reserves, alleging that most are made up of USDC and USDT issued on its own JuChain without transparent backing. ZachXBT further highlighted a $20 million JuDAO incident in 2025 and a $225,000 exploit in April 2026. JuCoin said the withdrawal delays are linked to platform upgrades and corporate restructuring efforts.
