Bitget Wallet App Integrated Into WOOFi DeFi Protocol

Bitget Wallet – the flagship product of crypto exchange Bitget has received connectivity support from the WOOFi decentralized trading protocol. The news comes as WOOFi is looking to bolster its user experience and seems to have opted for the Bitget Wallet as an app of choice, given the native exchange’s stellar reputation as a user-oriented trading venue.

The protocol developed by the WOO Network has made the announcement, adding that the Wallet will be accessible via a browser extension. The main benefit of such a move will be a seamless connection to WOOFi from any mobile or desktop browser for instant transactions, staking, and access to many other amenities the protocol provides.

“Our ongoing mission is to make decentralized trading both accessible and user-focused. Partnering with Bitget Wallet is a significant step in realizing that objective,”

as a member of the WOOFi management team commented on the development.

The integration is an important milestone for the Bitget team, considering that WOOFi currently holds 15th position among the top protocols in terms of trading volume. Add to that an audience of more than 650,000 active monthly users, and Bitget is well on the way to boldly adding them to its own growing following. Bitget had previously made its Bitget Swap multi-chain DEX aggregator available for WOOFi via networks like BNB, Optimism, and Linea, making it a go-to choice for users across the blockchain space seeking a hassle-free trading experience.

WOOFi has a lot to gain from the integration as well, taking into account the Bitget Wallet’s current standing audience of more than 12 million users. The former BitKeep wallet was acquired by the Bitget exchange earlier in the year for a $30 million controlling stake before undergoing a complete revamp and rebranding. The result was a holistic application that provides on-chain DeFi and other services coupled with comprehensive wallet functionality stripped down to make it as accessible to newcomers as possible. Such a move allowed Bitget to secure a number of important partnerships with such market heavyweights as Arbitrum, Polygon, BNB Chain, Solana, and a host of others, making the Bitget Wallet a welcome addition to any project in the space.

The Bitget exchange has been on the path to making crypto adoption as accessible and comprehensible to as many users in Asia and Latin America as technologically possible via extensive awareness campaigns. At the same time, the platform has been releasing innovative products to fill in various niches in the crypto market and capitalize on its accessibility and onboarding friendliness.
