Why Is XRP Price Down Today?

XRP price fell 1.39% to $1.32 in the past 24 hours as the broader crypto market weakened and large holders increased selling pressure. Bitcoin also dropped 1.26%, while the total crypto market cap declined 1.07%, adding to market uncertainty ahead of the Federal Reserve’s October 28 policy decision. Large XRP holders have also increased deposits to Binance, raising concerns about potential selling. Meanwhile, the liquidation of $4.9 million in leveraged long positions added further pressure on XRP’s price. XRP is now approaching the $1.30 support level. If buyers defend this level, the price could recover toward $1.37–$1.40. However, a break below $1.30 could push XRP toward $1.25. Traders are also watching XRP ETF flows for signs of renewed demand.
