Settlement will run through existing systems, with blockchain handling ownership records. Pending SEC approval, Nasdaq targets a 2027 launch, starting with listed firms. Kraken will distribute the tokens to customers in Europe and other regions through its xStocks platform, aiming to deliver round-the-clock access and faster settlement.
