Swedish health‑tech and Bitcoin treasury company H100 Group has signed a letter of intent to acquire Norwegian crypto firms Moonshot AS and Never Say Die AS, bringing in around 2,450 BTC and increasing its holdings to about 3,501 BTC ($240 M). The all‑stock deal preserves Bitcoin exposure for existing investors while strengthening H100’s capital markets position. Leadership from the acquired firms will join H100, and the transaction is expected to close after approvals in April-May.
