CrediX, a Solana-based decentralized lending platform, suffered a $4.5 million exploit on August 4, 2025. Attackers gained admin and bridge permissions through a multi-signature wallet vulnerability, minted unbacked tokens, and drained liquidity pools. Following the breach, CrediX took its website offline and deleted social media activity, raising fears the team has disappeared. The stolen funds were bridged to Ethereum via Tornado Cash.
