AAVE price is getting a fresh fundamental boost as Aave v4 deposits surpass $900 million, with $280 million in active loans. The v4 deposit base has also grown by more than 100% over the past month, pointing to sharply higher activity across the latest version.
The jump in deposits matters because active loans have expanded alongside the larger deposit base. That rise in utilization could potentially support AAVE price if the stronger activity continues.
On-chain activity is also picking up. Active addresses have increased across the 30-day, 7-day and 24-hour periods, adding another sign that utility around Aave is improving. Still, fundamentals don’t automatically send tokens higher. The chart has to cooperate.
AAVE’s daily chart has formed a golden cross between the 50-day and 200-day EMA bands. That technical formation provides another bullish signal as the protocol records stronger deposits, loans and address activity.
The supplied market data puts AAVE at $16.02 and cites $120 as the key support level. From there, the bullish setup points toward $160 as the nearest resistance.
If AAVE price clears that level, $240 becomes the next major target in the provided scenario.
The risk is straightforward. If the cited $120 support breaks, AAVE could slip toward $85 or even $60.
That makes the current setup dependent on both network growth and price structure. Aave v4 deposits are climbing, utilization is increasing, and active addresses are improving, but AAVE price still needs to hold its cited support and clear $160 before the larger $240 target comes into play.
