Morgan Stanley’s Joseph Moore lifted his target to $510 but kept a Hold rating, while BMO’s Harsh Kumar repeated a Buy with a $550 target. Nvidia gained after the Financial Times reported it has asked cloud partners to sell at least 51% of future capacity to non-Chinese customers. Samsung will also reportedly make HBM base dies for AMD and Nvidia at a new Texas plant from 2030. Intel’s rebound follows two sharp declines on its weak fourth-quarter outlook.
