Mantle Price Gains 5% as Bulls Push MNT Toward $0.50: What Comes Next?

Mantle (MNT) is showing renewed buying pressure after months of downside, with the token gaining nearly 5% and pushing toward the psychologically important $0.50 mark. The rebound has lifted MNT above its short-term EMA cluster, while a sharp rise in futures activity suggests traders are positioning for a larger move.

However, the broader daily structure remains bearish until MNT clears its descending trendline. With momentum improving and resistance approaching, the $0.50–$0.51 zone could decide whether this is another relief rally or the start of a broader reversal.

Mantle Rally Gains Strength as Futures Activity Surges

MNT futures volume has surged 99.27% to approximately $18.25 million, while open interest has increased 17.35% to $40.36 million. Spot volume is also around $11.40 million, showing that the rally is attracting activity across both spot and derivatives markets. The combination of rising price, volume and open interest is generally constructive because it indicates fresh positions are entering as MNT approaches a major technical hurdle.

If MNT fails to break $0.50 and leveraged positions begin unwinding, the resulting selling pressure could quickly send the token back toward its recent support levels.

Mantle’s RWA Strategy Strengthens the Broader Setup

MNT’s recovery is also developing alongside Mantle’s expanding focus on tokenized real-world assets and on-chain financial infrastructure. The network has accelerated its tokenized-equity strategy, adding assets representing companies such as Bending Spoons while building out a broader marketplace for tokenized financial products.

Mantle has also upgraded its Super Portal infrastructure with Chainlink CCIP, strengthening cross-chain transfers and interoperability for MNT. The move fits into Mantle’s broader strategy of connecting tokenized assets, DeFi liquidity and multiple blockchain ecosystems. That gives MNT a stronger fundamental narrative as the market increasingly focuses on tokenization and institutional adoption.

MNT Price Analysis: Bulls Face a Major $0.50 Test

MNT token attempting to break out from a multi-month descending channel. After falling toward the $0.36–$0.38 region in July, MNT formed a base and has gradually recovered. The latest rally has pushed the token above the 20-day EMA near $0.4195 and the 50-day EMA around $0.4433.

The short-term EMA structure is beginning to turn supportive, while the RSI has climbed to around 65, reflecting strong bullish momentum without yet reaching an extreme overbought reading. However, MNT is now approaching the upper boundary of its broader descending structure. A daily close above $0.51 would be the most important signal for MNT bulls. It would take price above the descending resistance structure and potentially confirm that the months-long downtrend is losing momentum.

Final Take

MNT’s 5% rally is becoming technically important because it is supported by stronger derivatives activity, rising open interest and improving momentum. The token has also reclaimed its short-term EMAs after forming a base near the July lows.

Still, the real test is ahead. $0.50–$0.51 remains the make-or-break resistance zone. A decisive breakout would turn the current recovery into a much stronger reversal setup, with $0.55 and $0.62 emerging as the next upside levels. Until that breakout occurs, MNT remains in a recovery phase within a broader downtrend.
