Hyperliquid Price Finds Strong Demand at $50—Here’s Why Traders Are Turning Bullish

After weeks of corrective price action, Hyperliquid price is showing fresh signs of life. HYPE has bounced sharply from the psychologically important $50 support, helping the token recover nearly 3% over the past week. The rebound comes as buyers successfully defend one of the strongest demand zones on the chart while the token attempts to break out of a multi-week falling channel. With momentum gradually shifting in favor of bulls, traders are now watching whether HYPE is preparing for another impulsive rally.

HYPE Bulls Defend Critical $50 Support

The recent recovery has significantly improved Hyperliquid’s short-term market structure. Following several weeks of selling pressure, buyers stepped in aggressively around the $50-$52 demand zone, preventing a deeper correction. The level has now acted as support multiple times, reinforcing it as one of the most important price zones for HYPE.

The successful defense has also helped stabilize market sentiment after the token corrected from its recent highs near $80. As long as buyers continue protecting this area, the probability of a broader recovery remains elevated.

HYPE Price Analysis: Can Hyperliquid Price Reach $75?

Hyperliquid appears to be exiting a prolonged falling channel that has capped prices since June. The latest bounce has pushed HYPE toward the channel’s upper trendline while short-term momentum indicators continue improving. The RSI has recovered from weaker levels, suggesting buying pressure is gradually returning. The first hurdle sits near $60, where sellers have repeatedly rejected previous recovery attempts. A decisive daily close above this resistance would confirm a breakout from the corrective structure.

If bulls reclaim that level, the next major resistance lies around $75-$78, where HYPE previously faced heavy profit-taking. On the downside, losing the $50 support would invalidate the bullish setup and could expose the token to another move toward the broader demand zone around the mid-$40s.

Can Hyperliquid Restart Its Uptrend?

Hyperliquid remains one of the strongest-performing perpetual trading ecosystems, and the latest technical rebound suggests buyers are once again accumulating after a healthy correction. With the broader crypto market stabilizing and HYPE defending its most important support level, momentum now favors another attempt at higher prices. However, bulls must still reclaim $60 before a sustained rally toward the previous highs becomes likely.
