Could the Clarity Act Ignite Hedera’s Price Rally?

Hedera price rally is gaining attention as growing optimism around U.S crypto regulation converges with a breakout. The enterprise-focused layer-1 token climbed nearly 4% today after breaking out of a multi-week falling wedge, while speculation surrounding the Clarity Act reignited interest in blockchain networks positioned for institutional adoption.

Backed by fresh spot ETF inflows and bullish price action, Hedera is now approaching a crucial resistance zone that could determine whether its recovery evolves into a sustained rally.

Clarity Act Could Strengthen Hedera’s Institutional Appeal

The market’s attention has increasingly shifted toward Washington as lawmakers continue discussions around the Clarity Act, legislation designed to establish a clearer regulatory framework for digital assets in the United States.

Although the proposal remains under consideration, investors are already evaluating which blockchain networks stand to benefit most from greater regulatory certainty. Hedera has emerged as one of the projects frequently associated with that narrative due to its enterprise-first architecture, governing council model, and growing adoption across tokenization, payments, and real-world asset initiatives. The improving regulatory backdrop is also beginning to coincide with stronger institutional participation.

According to recent market updates, Canary’s spot Hedera ETF recorded another $540,000 in net inflows, continuing one of the strongest accumulation trends among newly launched crypto investment products. The fund has reportedly experienced only a single day of net outflows since launch and now controls nearly 1.6% of HBAR’s circulating supply, highlighting sustained institutional demand despite recent market volatility.

HBAR Price Analysis: Falling Wedge Breakout Signals Trend Shift

Beyond the improving fundamentals, Hedera’s technical structure has undergone a noticeable shift. Following nearly two months of lower highs and persistent selling pressure, HBAR has broken above a falling wedge formation, a pattern widely viewed as an early indication that bearish momentum is weakening. The breakout also allowed the token to reclaim short-term moving averages, suggesting buyers are gradually regaining control of the trend.

The first crucial hurdle now sits around $0.074-$0.075, where sellers previously defended the market. A successful move beyond that region would expose the more significant $0.081 resistance level, which marked a key support area before June’s correction. Reclaiming $0.081 would invalidate Hedera’s recent bearish market structure and could accelerate buying momentum toward $0.085, where the next major supply zone comes into view. However, if buyers fail to defend the breakout, HBAR could revisit support near $0.066 before attempting another recovery.

Will HBAR Turn Regulatory Optimism Into a Sustained Rally?

HBAR’s latest recovery reflects more than a technical bounce. Institutional capital continues flowing into Hedera-focused investment products, regulatory sentiment is gradually improving, and the token has finally broken a chart pattern that defined its recent correction. While the Clarity Act remains subject to the U.S. legislative process, markets often begin repricing assets well before regulatory outcomes become official. That dynamic, combined with strengthening ETF demand and an improving technical backdrop, has placed Hedera in one of its strongest positions in weeks.
