HYPE price has cooled off after facing rejection near $89 in early September, falling toward $78. The pullback looks less concerning with buyers continuing to accumulate, especially as one whale has been adding $HYPE almost every day.
Over the past 15 days, wallet 0x3305 has bought a total of 358,609 HYPE worth about $28.8 million. That’s a sizeable accumulation streak while HYPE price remains below its recent high.
The rejection from $89 sent HYPE lower, but the decline toward $78 can still be viewed as a cooldown rather than a trend reversal.
The whale activity adds weight to that view. Wallet 0x3305 hasn’t made a one-off purchase and disappeared. It has continued buying across the past 15 days, taking its total purchases to 358,609 HYPE.
Still, accumulation alone doesn’t guarantee another rally. Price ultimately decides whether the bullish setup survives.
The immediate level to watch is now $90. If HYPE price takes down that resistance, the next target in the current setup is $100.
That would put the token back above the level where the recent rejection started, potentially confirming that the pullback was simply a pause before another move higher. But traders shouldn’t get too comfortable.
If selling pressure strengthens despite the whale accumulation, the setup could deteriorate quickly. A break below $76 would weaken the current bullish structure and open the door toward the $60 support zone.
For now, HYPE price has two obvious levels to settle the argument: $90 on the upside and $76 on the downside. Until one breaks, the whale’s $28.8 million accumulation remains the more interesting part of the setup.
