Aptos is processing more transactions than ever, but the Aptos price still looks remarkably unimpressed. After crossing 11 million daily transactions, the network pushed above 11.7 million, a 6.5% increase that set a new daily throughput record. Onchain revenue also climbed 8.67% to $3.197K, while TPS rose 6.47% to 132.6.
The numbers are difficult to dismiss. Aptos has now posted another record in daily transaction throughput, while its transaction per second rate and onchain revenue both moved higher.
On paper, that’s the sort of network activity token holders usually want to see. More usage, more transactions and improving revenue suggest the blockchain itself is not sitting idle.
Yet the token hasn’t exactly rewarded that progress. The latest rise appears heavily tied to broader market sentiment, with Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, Solana and other major cryptocurrencies pushing higher. Aptos has followed along, climbing from $0.53 earlier this week to around $0.64.
That’s a gain, sure. But after the damage done to APT, it barely changes the bigger picture.
APT remains roughly 88% below its October 2025 peak of $5.62. That statistic alone makes this week’s rebound look rather small.
More importantly, the Aptos price remains below its 200-day EMA around $1.00. Until APT can reclaim that level on a daily basis, the current move looks more like a reaction to favorable market conditions than evidence of a durable trend reversal.
That’s the uncomfortable part. The network can keep setting records while the token continues struggling to attract enough demand.
The next few moves could therefore matter more than today’s throughput record. If APT can continue climbing toward the $1.00 200-day EMA and eventually reclaim it, the market would have a stronger technical reason to reassess the trend.
But failure to reach that zone could leave the Aptos price vulnerable to another test of $0.53. Lose that support, and the token could slip into unexplored territory and potentially establish another ATL.
For now, Aptos has a healthier network story than its chart suggests. The problem simple that network growth is not automatically token demand, and APT still needs buyers to prove otherwise.
