Worldcoin (WLD) is attempting to turn a prolonged downtrend into a broader recovery, with the token gaining nearly 15% this week and pushing toward a critical resistance cluster. The rebound has emerged from the $0.30–$0.32 demand zone, where buyers have repeatedly defended price. Now, WLD price is approaching the first major hurdle near $0.36–$0.38. If bulls can convert this recovery into a sustained breakout, the chart opens a much larger upside path toward $0.49 and potentially $0.65.
One of the most important fundamental changes for WLD has already taken place. On July 24, World reduced its overall daily token unlock rate by 43%, from approximately 5.1 million WLD to 2.9 million WLD per day. Community-token emissions fell from 3.2 million to 1.6 million WLD per day, while Team and Investor emissions dropped from 1.9 million to 1.3 million.
That does not eliminate dilution, but it materially reduces the pace at which new WLD enters the market. The supply picture is therefore becoming less restrictive than it was earlier in the year. At the same time, World has stopped creating new WLD airdrop cycles for users who verified after June 1, 2026, although existing eligible users can continue their active 12-month cycles. This creates a potentially more favorable setup if demand accelerates while new supply growth slows.
Worldcoin token price action suggests that WLD may be forming a base after months of selling pressure. On the daily chart, the token has repeatedly defended the $0.30–$0.32 support zone, followed by a sharp recovery toward $0.34–$0.38. The structure is important because WLD token previously failed to sustain several rebounds from lower levels. The latest move is also accompanied by improving RSI momentum. The indicator has recovered toward the neutral 50 region, suggesting that selling pressure is easing without the market yet entering overbought territory.
WLD price is currently trading around $0.37, while the first resistance sits near $0.38–$0.40. A daily close above this region would strengthen the recovery and could bring $0.43 into view. The bigger test comes around $0.49–$0.50, where previous price action has created a major supply zone. A decisive breakout above $0.50, particularly with rising volume, would invalidate much of the recent bearish structure and potentially trigger a move toward the next major resistance around $0.65–$0.67.
From current levels, a move to $0.65 would represent roughly 73% upside. The downside levels are equally important. $0.34 is the immediate support, followed by the broader $0.30–$0.32 demand zone. A daily breakdown below $0.30 would invalidate the current recovery structure and put the bullish breakout thesis at risk. However, the broader trend remains unconfirmed. WLD needs to clear the descending resistance and reclaim higher levels before bulls can claim a full trend reversal.
