World Liberty Financial (WLFI) Price Surges 8% After Strong Bounce—Is a Rally Toward $0.08 About to Begin?

World Liberty Financial (WLFI) price has posted a strong bullish daily candle after successfully defending a key demand zone near $0.053-$0.054. This signals renewed buying interest following an extended period of sideways consolidation. The breakout attempt is accompanied by a noticeable increase in trading volume, suggesting that buyers are becoming more active. However, the token is still trading within a broader range, meaning confirmation above resistance is required before a sustained trend reversal can be established.

The daily chart shows WLFI consolidating for nearly two months after a sharp decline from higher levels. Price has repeatedly respected the purple demand zone ($0.053-$0.054), with buyers stepping in every time the area was tested. The latest bounce produced a large bullish engulfing candle, indicating strong demand at lower levels. The immediate obstacle lies within the blue supply zone around $0.062-$0.063, where the price has faced multiple rejections since May.

A decisive daily close above this region would signal that bulls are regaining control and could trigger a move toward higher volume profile resistance levels.

Volume expanded significantly during the latest rally, supporting the bullish momentum. Meanwhile, the RSI has climbed above 60, reflecting strengthening momentum without entering extreme overbought territory. The Volume Profile also highlights that the current trading region sits around a high-volume node, indicating strong market participation. A successful breakout from this value area could lead to faster price expansion as liquidity shifts toward the next major resistance zones.

Key Levels to Monitor

  • Resistance 1: $0.0620 – $0.0635
  • Resistance 2: $0.0800
  • Major Resistance: $0.0967
  • Support 1: $0.0535 – $0.0545
  • Major Support: $0.0510
  • Bullish Breakout Confirmation: Daily close above $0.0635
  • Bearish Invalidation: Daily close below $0.0530

World Liberty Financial is attempting to shift its short-term structure in favor of buyers after defending a critical support zone. The strong bullish candle, rising volume, and improving RSI suggest momentum is building, but the token remains below a major resistance area that has capped every rally for the past two months. A confirmed breakout above $0.063-$0.064 could open the door toward $0.080. While failure to overcome resistance may keep the WLFI price range-bound, with another retest of the $0.053-$0.054 demand zone likely.

Until a breakout or breakdown occurs, traders should monitor volume closely for confirmation of the next directional move.
