Raydium’s price had been surging well before the current breakout in August, gaining nearly 300% till now. The current breakout is vital because the broader market is coping with the latest pullback, led by Bitcoin, which dropped below $83,000. In times when the markets absorbed $600M in long liquidations ahead of the FOMC minutes, the RAY price rose and reached a pivotal zone that could determine whether its latest recovery has further room to run. Will the buyers sustain the momentum?
RAY price spent much of 2026 consolidating near the $0.55 to $0.90 range before building a strong recovery and eventually pushing above $1.35. The move has since accelerated, taking RAY toward the $2.50 region and bringing it close to the key $2.64 resistance. Stronger trading activity has also supported the rise, adding weight to the recent breakout attempt.
The RAY price is trading above a large portion of its historical volume profile, particularly the heavy activity around the $2 to $2.50 region. Holding this area could help turn the previous resistance into a new support zone, giving bulls a stronger base for another move higher. Besides, the weekly RSI has climbed above 80, showing just how aggressively buyers have pushed RAY higher. Although it pushed the price higher, it does increase the risk of profit-taking if the token struggles to clear the resistance.
Raydium’s next move will largely depend on how it reacts around the $2.64 resistance. A decisive breakout above this level could confirm that the current recovery still has momentum and put $3.10 in focus. Moreover, if the buyers can sustain the rally and push higher to the $3.50 to $3.60 range.
