Is Dogecoin Ready to Rally? On-Chain Data Suggests Bulls Are Returning

For the first time in months, Dogecoin’s biggest bullish signal isn’t coming from Elon Musk—it’s coming from the blockchain itself. Network activity has jumped 16%, active wallets are climbing, and technical indicators suggest DOGE is trading at an extremely oversold level. While the broader trend remains cautious, these early signs of accumulation have sparked fresh speculation that the meme coin could be approaching a major turning point.

Dogecoin Network Activity Surges: What Does It Mean For DOGE?

Fresh on-chain data indicates that Dogecoin’s ecosystem is becoming increasingly active despite months of weak price action. According to Ali Charts, weekly active addresses climbed from around 38,000 to more than 44,000, marking a 16% increase in just one week.

Rising active addresses are widely regarded as a leading indicator of improving blockchain usage, reflecting stronger user participation and growing investor engagement. Unlike short-lived price spikes driven by speculation, sustained growth in network activity often signals that capital is gradually returning to an ecosystem.  Although the increase alone does not confirm a trend reversal, it suggests Dogecoin is beginning to attract renewed attention after an extended period of declining activity.

Analyst Says DOGE Is Flashing a Rare Bottom Signal

Adding to the optimism, crypto analyst Ash Crypto believes Dogecoin is approaching one of its strongest long-term buying opportunities in years.

According to the analyst, DOGE is now trading at one of its most oversold levels ever after correcting nearly 90% from its all-time high. Similar conditions have historically appeared near major market bottoms, where selling pressure became exhausted before long-term recoveries began.

While oversold indicators are not timing tools on their own, they become significantly more meaningful when accompanied by improving on-chain metrics and stabilizing market structure. The combination has encouraged traders to closely monitor whether DOGE is quietly transitioning from capitulation into accumulation.

Dogecoin Price Analysis: Can Bulls Finally Reverse the Trend?

Dogecoin remains inside a descending channel that has controlled price action for several months. However, the structure is beginning to show early signs of weakening as buyers continue defending the $0.067-$0.068 demand zone.

Momentum indicators are gradually improving, with the RSI recovering from deeply oversold territory while price forms a series of relatively stable lows. This suggests bearish momentum is fading even though bulls have yet to reclaim higher resistance levels.

The immediate resistance sits near $0.075, but the decisive breakout level remains around $0.083, where the upper boundary of the descending channel converges with previous horizontal resistance. A daily close above this region would invalidate the prevailing downtrend and could trigger a move toward $0.09, followed by the psychological $0.10 level. Conversely, losing the $0.067 support would weaken the recovery narrative and expose DOGE to another test of recent lows.

Is Dogecoin Quietly Building Its Next Rally?

Dogecoin still has multiple hurdles to overcome, but the underlying data is becoming increasingly difficult to ignore. Rising network activity, historically oversold conditions, and a stabilizing price structure suggest the selling phase may be approaching exhaustion. While confirmation will only come through a breakout above key resistance, the current setup points to improving market confidence. If blockchain activity continues to strengthen and buyers reclaim the descending channel, Dogecoin could be laying the foundation for its most significant recovery in months.
