ENA Price Holds Key Support as Ethena Ecosystem Expands With Maple USDtb Integration

The ENA price continues to test investors’ patience. While the token remains stuck near a major support block between $0.067 and $0.087, the broader Ethena ecosystem keeps adding new integrations that paint a very different picture from the chart.

June appears to have marked ENA’s cycle low, yet the token hasn’t attracted the kind of buying pressure that typically follows a major bottom. Instead, August has seen the price continue consolidating around the same support zone, leaving traders waiting for a catalyst strong enough to shift sentiment.

Maple Integration Strengthens Ethena’s Stablecoin Ecosystem

Although the ENA price shows weakness, development hasn’t slowed down; fundamentally, the project continues to grow over time.

Adding to its list of accomplishments, Ethena announced today that Maple Finance has selected its GENIUS-compliant stablecoin, USDtb, as a core holding within the USD liquidity buffer supporting syrupUSDC and syrupUSDT. According to the announcement, these products collectively hold around $400 million in liquid USD assets within their collateral composition.

The partnership also marks Maple Finance as the first protocol to utilize Ethena Whitelabel Liquidity, granting 24/7 access to on-chain stablecoin liquidity.

It is another ecosystem milestone that may not immediately reflect on ENA’s price chart, but it expands Ethena’s infrastructure footprint. That is often how crypto markets behave because fundamentals and price rarely move in lockstep.

Whale Activity Tells A Different Story

If price action alone tells a cautious story, on-chain data adds another layer. Large transactions valued above $1 million have repeatedly spiked during June, July, and early August. Among the whales involved in large transactions, Arthur Hayes is one of them who has bought the ENA stash as well.

Meanwhile, whale transaction counts exceeding $100,000 have remained consistently active throughout the year.

That combination suggests larger market participants have continued interacting with the network even while retail sentiment remains subdued.

It’s impossible to conclude whether every large transfer represents accumulation, but the sustained activity during a prolonged consolidation phase indicates whales haven’t disappeared while Ethena trades near multi-month lows.

ENA Support Zone Faces Critical Market Test

Technically, the current support block remains the area attracting the most attention. The ENA price continues trading inside the $0.067-$0.087 range without showing a decisive breakout in either direction. So far, the market hasn’t delivered the surge in demand that many traders typically expect after an apparent cycle bottom.

At the same time, ecosystem development continues moving forward, while whale transaction activity remains elevated. That creates an interesting contrast: fundamentals appear active beneath the surface even as price struggles to respond.

Now, if that eventually translates into renewed momentum may depend less on Ethena itself and more on broader macro market conditions. Until sentiment improves, the ENA price may continue consolidating, but recent ecosystem expansion and persistent whale activity suggest the project isn’t standing still while the market waits.
