Dogecoin Price Could Be Ready for a Breakout as Whales Accumulate 240M DOGE

Dogecoin is showing signs of renewed demand after large holders added more than 240 million DOGE during the latest price correction. DOGE is trading near $0.083, with the recent rebound keeping the token above the support base formed after its multi-month downtrend. The accumulation comes as the recovery approaches a major technical hurdle, leaving traders to assess whether larger-wallet demand can translate into a sustained move higher. A break above the next resistance band would materially improve the recovery setup.

Whale Holdings Rise as DOGE Consolidates

Large-holder balances have climbed toward 19 billion DOGE, with more than 240 million tokens added over the past week. The increase occurred during a period of price weakness, suggesting whales have been using the correction to build exposure rather than waiting for a confirmed upside breakout.

DOGE has yet to clear its longer-term moving-average resistance, meaning continued accumulation will need to be accompanied by stronger buying volume for the bullish case to gain traction.

DOGE Price Analysis: $0.093 Sets the Next Test

DOGE price is consolidating around $0.083 after breaking above the descending channel that had defined its price structure since the summer. The token is holding above the $0.081–$0.082 support area, while resistance is building around the $0.090 level and the 200-day moving average near $0.0934.

A daily close above $0.093–$0.095 would confirm a stronger shift in momentum and expose $0.10 as the next psychological target. A sustained move above $0.10 could bring the $0.118–$0.125 supply zone into play. A break below $0.081, however, would weaken the recovery and put the recent channel breakout at risk.

Final Outlook

Dogecoin has a developing demand story, but the market still needs confirmation from price. Rising whale holdings provide a constructive backdrop while DOGE remains above its recent support base. The decisive test is now overhead rather than on the accumulation side: a clean break through $0.093–$0.095 would give bulls control of the short-term structure and open a path toward $0.10. Until then, DOGE remains a recovery trade awaiting confirmation.
