DEXE Price Rebounds 100% After Crash, But Unanswered Questions Still Cloud Recovery

Nobody expected DEXE price to revisit a demand zone so early that has held since 2021. Yet that’s exactly what happened after one of the sharpest collapses the token has seen, sending it from elevated levels back to the long-standing $1.86-$3.35 support area and leaving investors scrambling for answers.

Crash Finally Gets A Possible Explanation

For a longtime, the people were looking for the cause of this decline but appeared to have no obvious trigger, that’s what many thought.

Until, an on-chain analyst has suggested a possible explanation involving market maker DWF, Falcon and Ceffu’s MirrorX mechanism.

According to the shared analysis, Falcon allegedly obtained DEXE tokens after supporting the asset as platform collateral. Those locked tokens were reportedly placed under Ceffu custody while equivalent mirror tokens were generated on an exchange for trading. The theory suggests those mirror positions were sold before the original collateral was eventually settled, contributing to the sharp market decline.

However, it’s important to note that this remains community speculation. As the DEXE team has not issued an official clarification confirming the claims.

DEXE Demand Zone Comes Back Into Focus

Following the sell-off, DEXE price briefly touched roughly $1.86 before recovering to around $3.77.

While the absolute price still looks modest compared to pre-crash levels, the rebound itself represents roughly a 100% recovery from the recent low. More importantly, the token has returned to a demand area that has repeatedly acted as a major accumulation zone since 2021.

Recovery Needs Stronger Market Conviction

Even so, recovering from a collapse of this magnitude won’t be easy.

Assets that experience severe pump-and-dump style moves often struggle to regain investor confidence, regardless of how attractive their charts appear afterward. If buying interest still continues building, the $6.0-$7.3 range stands out as the first major resistance zone.

Only a sustained move above that region would improve the odds of a broader recovery toward the $15 area. Until clearer answers emerge about the cause of the collapse, DEXE price is likely to remain driven as much by sentiment as by technical levels.
