Funding backs Eldora’s 1:1-backed tokenized equity model and 24/7 stock ownership infrastructure across 85+ countries

Zurich, Switzerland, June 2026 — Eldora, an on-chain investment platform providing retail investors across 85+ countries with direct access to tokenized US equities, today announced a strategic investment from Caravage and GT Family Office. The amount of the investment was not disclosed.

The funding will accelerate Eldora’s expansion of its tokenized US equity marketplace and support the continued development of its on-chain investment infrastructure across Asia-Pacific and emerging markets.

Backing the 1:1 Model

Eldora’s tokenized US equities are backed 1:1 by actual US-listed securities held in regulated custody through Dinari, a transfer agent registered with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. According to Dinari’s custody framework, each on-chain token represents a beneficial interest in the underlying share — not a derivative, not a synthetic contract, not price-tracking exposure without real asset ownership. Every position is fully transparent, fully backed, and tradable 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Philipp Thielen, CEO of GT Family Office, commented on the investment:

“Eldora’s approach stood out to us immediately. By backing every position 1:1, they’re removing the structural risk that usually comes with synthetic exposure — while still giving investors the flexibility to trade 24/7. That combination of security and accessibility is rare, and it’s exactly the kind of innovation we look for when allocating capital.”

Platform Overview

Eldora’s Discover marketplace currently lists 280+ tokenized US equities and ETFs — including Nvidia (NVDA), Apple (AAPL), Tesla (TSLA), Microsoft (MSFT), and Johnson & Johnson ($JNJ) — tradable across Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum, and Base. A single KYC verification unlocks the full platform across all five blockchains simultaneously.

The platform aggregates a T-Bill yield product at 5.3% APY (as of June 2026) on idle stablecoin capital with no minimum and no lock-up, alongside institutional DeFi lending through AAVE (127+ asset reserves), Maple Finance (Syrup USDC at 4.45% APY, $1.4 billion in total assets), and Morpho. Tokenized equity positions can be pledged as collateral within the lending stack, enabling access to liquidity without closing the underlying stock exposure.

The Eldora Observatory provides a permanently free, no-login market intelligence dashboard that aggregates live Bloomberg and CNBC feeds, CNN Fear & Greed index data, real-time multi-asset prices, the macroeconomic calendar, on-chain analytics, and AI-generated market commentary. Ghost Portfolio allows investors to build and track a complete simulated portfolio using live market data before connecting a wallet or completing KYC — with simulated allocations converting directly into live positions upon account verification.

The real-world asset tokenization market surpassed $24.9 billion globally in early 2026, up 289% year-on-year, with tokenized stocks the fastest-growing individual asset category. J.P. Morgan projects the tokenized securities market could reach between $4 trillion and $16 trillion by 2030.
