Deribit, a trading platform for digital asset options, disclosed an impressive revelation about Bitcoin (BTC) options on November 17. According to the report, the total nominal value for Bitcoin’s call and put options peaked at its all-time high.
As the record showed, the figures rose as high as $15 billion for BTC alone.
The current digits doubled its record at the end of September and exceeded its previous ATH of $14.36 billion, achieved in October 2021. Luuk Strijers, the commercial director at Deribit, commented on the feat Bitcoin (BTC) achieved.
Luuk expressed excitement about this achievement, stressing that this reflects growing enthusiasm for Bitcoin (BTC) options as an investment portal.
In response, BTC witnessed a slight push upward, increasing by 0.80%. This movement saw Bitcoin (BTC) rise from $37,064 to $37,359 between November 13 and November 19. In their Bitcoin prediction, experts noted that BTC is gunning for $37,500, indicating an anticipated 4.9% growth from the current price of $37,020.

Therefore, crypto traders would prefer XRP as its gas fees are lower.
Also, transactions on the XRP network are faster than on the Bitcoin network. Sometimes, Bitcoin network transactions take up to 48 hours before completion, while XRP’s are done instantly. These factors give XRP a better edge against Bitcoin.
Meanwhile, XRP dropped 5.45% from $0.661 to $0.625 between November 13 and November 19. Seeing its continued declining motion, experts believe XRP could soon dip to $0.60, marking a projected 1.23% decrease.
