Ripple Made Two More Investments, So Why Isn’t XRP Price Reacting?

XRP is showing early signs of stability after a shaky stretch, according to one crypto analyst’s Monday morning update, even as fresh news about Ripple’s business moves failed to shake the price much either way.

Ripple Made More Investments, But Don’t Expect a Price Jump

Ripple recently made two more strategic investments using its own company funds. The analyst said this kind of news rarely moves XRP’s short-term price, even though it matters for the bigger picture.

Ripple has spent the past couple of years buying into established businesses, using money largely built up through the XRP community itself. The analyst said the payoff from that strategy likely won’t show up until crypto enters its next full bull market, but for now, XRP is one of the few top 50 crypto projects actually building something real behind the scenes.

That said, the analyst was clear this isn’t a perfect setup. Much of the value being created doesn’t flow directly back into XRP’s price, and the company continues selling XRP tokens every month.

Where the CLARITY Act Stands

The analyst says CLARITY Act odds for 2026 have been flat and trending downward. After one small uptick around June, sentiment on the bill’s chances has mostly declined since. For now, it doesn’t appear to be a major driver of XRP’s price action.

What’s Happening With the Price Right Now

XRP reclaimed the $1.07 level over the weekend after testing some lower support. That followed a dip below a few key technical levels, though the analyst said this wasn’t unusual or alarming.

While XRP lost a couple of short-term price levels that would have been nice to hold, the analyst pointed out that the token has shown real stability over the past week, and doesn’t see an obvious reason for that stability to break down unless unexpected bad news hits the market.

Trading activity for XRP right now looks fairly neutral, neither strongly bullish nor bearish. That’s different from Bitcoin, which has seen a noticeable increase in short positions recently. Because of that, some further downside testing is still possible for XRP in the near term.

Bigger Target Ahead

A move back toward $1.09 to $1.10 remains likely once real momentum returns too, according to the analyst. That $1.10 area is described as a significant magnet for price, since several technical indicators line up closely around that level. The analyst expects broader market momentum could pick up as soon as next week, which would set the stage for XRP to test that zone.
