CiDi Games has reached the number three position on the Pi Browser ecosystem rankings just four days after its beta launch, with over 2 million Pi already staked by users on the platform.

The rapid climb has sparked fresh discussion about gaming emerging as one of the most significant utility drivers for the Pi ecosystem, as more projects begin building Pi-based in-game economies and reward systems.

Gaming Push Gains Momentum

Pi community member drealFx highlighted the project’s rapid growth, calling it a sign of “real attention, real activity, and real belief” from the Pi community.

Meanwhile, CiDi Games described itself as “The Gaming Gateway for the Pi Ecosystem,” saying its goal is to bring fun and accessible games to Pi users while also encouraging Pi developers to build on the platform.

The beta version is already live with its Game Lobby open to users, while the team also teased upcoming launches, including a shared virtual environment called “Elf Continent.”

CiDiCoin Sparks Economic Speculation

Another major talking point is the movement of CiDiCoin, the platform’s native in-game token. According to community discussions, 100 CiDiCoin recently increased in value from 6.017 Pi to 6.411 Pi within a short period.

That price movement has led some users to compare the model to a Pi-native launchpad or liquidity-driven ecosystem rather than a fixed gaming token.

drealFx suggested the pricing structure may hint at a broader settlement layer being built around Pi liquidity and ecosystem demand. If true, it could become an early example of how Pi-based platform economies may function at scale in the future.
