OpenAI is making headlines again! Sam Altman’s company has announced plans to open new offices in the U.S., France, and Asia, marking significant growth. This expansion follows the company securing billions in funding, boosting optimism in the AI sector. Meanwhile, Worldcoin (WLD) is at a critical moment, showing signs of a potential price breakout.

Analysts believe Microsoft may acquire OpenAI within the next three years. If this happens, it could lead to a massive increase in Worldcoin’s value, potentially reaching around $37.

OpenAI’s Bold Global Expansion!

OpenAI, the creator of ChatGPT, is expanding its global presence by opening new offices in key cities like New York City, Seattle, Paris, Brussels, and Singapore. This expansion builds on existing offices in San Francisco, London, Dublin, and Tokyo, highlighting the company’s commitment to growth in the artificial intelligence field.

This move comes after OpenAI secured $6.6 billion in funding from major investors, including Microsoft and NVIDIA, raising its valuation to an impressive $157 billion.

With this expansion and investment, OpenAI is positioned to further improve its AI technologies and continue leading the industry, creating an exciting time for both the company and its supporters.

What Are the Next Moves?

Despite its recent funding success, CCS Insights suggests that OpenAI might consider a sale to Microsoft by 2027. Since Microsoft is 19 times larger than OpenAI, such a deal would definitely shake the market. Currently, OpenAI is valued at $157 billion, while Worldcoin’s market cap stands at just $1 billion.

Worldcoin’s price has risen in the past due to OpenAI’s advancements, but it fell 40% after Elon Musk sued OpenAI. If Microsoft acquires OpenAI, experts predict Worldcoin could soar by at least 20 times, possibly reaching around $37.62, resulting in a market cap of $19.2 billion!

Key Levels to Watch Out For

Worldcoin’s price has been in a downward trend since April 2024, but it recently broke out of this pattern, indicating a possible rise. The key resistance level to watch is about $2.47, with a long-term target of $10.00. Reaching this level could set the stage for WLD to hit $37 in the future.

However, if the price falls back into a downward trend, it could drop to $1.20, signaling market weakness. Currently, the relative strength index (RSI) is at 42.48, suggesting that the market isn’t too hot or too cold, but is leaning slightly towards a positive outlook.

What will the world look like when AI is fully integrated into our daily lives? The possibilities are endless.
