Dogecoin (DOGE) ranks #1 in the list of top 100 gainers, rocketing by 21.97% to $0.2788 as investor enthusiasm renewed. Other notable gainers included Dogwifhat, which rose by 18.18% to $3, and Floki, up 15.31% at $0.0001743.
