Bstocks has gone from newcomer to major player in the tokenized equity market remarkably fast. Launched in June 2026, the platform reportedly held 10% of the global tokenized equity market that month. By July, that share had jumped to 27%, according to the figures highlighted by the creator of UniqueRegistry.
That jump gives Bstocks a surprisingly aggressive start. From 10% in June to 27% in July, the platform captured a much larger slice of the market just one month after launching. The figures describe it as the fastest ramp seen from a new entrant in the tokenized equity space.
And yes, Binance is part of the story. Bstocks is powered by Binance, putting the exchange’s existing user base and infrastructure behind a rapidly expanding sector.
Binance’s founder responded to the figures with a broader explanation for why the exchange can expand quickly when entering new markets: users.
The argument is fairly blunt. Some exchanges may focus heavily on extracting fees, while others use zero-fee offers or referral rebates to attract activity. But according to the response, those tactics don’t necessarily create lasting user loyalty.
The alternative is straightforward: protect users and build trust, because today’s users can become tomorrow’s customers for products that don’t even exist yet.
Bstocks’ rapid market-share increase gives that argument a fresh case study. The platform went from a 10% share in June 2026 to 27% in July, despite only launching in June.
Still, the numbers provided don’t explain exactly how Bstocks achieved that growth or whether the share can be maintained. For now, though, Bstocks tokenized equity market share has become a number worth watching as Binance pushes further into new financial sectors.
