Bitcoin could soar to $400,000 by the end of this year and reach $600,000 by the end of 2025, according to Fred Krueger, a renowned investor and entrepreneur with a PhD in Mathematics from Stanford. Krueger’s predictions are based on the Bitcoin power law model and significant Bitcoin ETF flows.
Here’s a breakdown of his insights.
Fred Krueger, with extensive Wall Street experience, is fully committed to Bitcoin. Using his mathematics background, he has identified that Bitcoin is following a power law, a rare statistical pattern. Krueger believes this power law, combined with substantial inflows into Bitcoin ETFs, could drive a dramatic increase in Bitcoin’s price.
An analysis of Bitcoin spot ETF net inflow reveals notable trends. At the start of 2024, the average inflow was around $190 million, with Bitcoin priced at about $40,000.
By mid-March, inflows surged to $1.04 billion, pushing Bitcoin’s price to around $73,000. Earlier this month, the inflow reached $886.6 million, with Bitcoin priced at about $70,580.
Krueger’s projections are based on these inflows and the power law model. He suggests that if current trends continue, Bitcoin could reach $400,000 by the end of this year. Extending this trend to the end of 2025, Krueger believes Bitcoin could hit $600,000.
These projections might seem ambitious, but Krueger stands by his analysis. His extensive Wall Street experience and mathematical insight lend significant credibility to his predictions.
