ARB price just got a wildly bullish long-term forecast. Standard Chartered has initiated coverage of Arbitrum and expects ARB to climb from around $0.14 to $10 by the end of 2030, implying a roughly 70x increase if the forecast plays out.
The bank’s thesis points to growth in tokenized assets and Robinhood Chain as key drivers for Arbitrum. Robinhood Chain alone is expected to generate around $5 million in fees for Arbitrum in September.
That’s a notable figure for a token trading near $0.14. Still, a 70x forecast is a forecast, not a guarantee, and ARB needs actual network growth to justify such a move.
The bullish case isn’t coming from the forecast alone. Whale activity has also picked up. Transactions worth more than $100,000 and $1 million have spiked since early September. That points toward increased activity among larger holders and could indicate that ARB is being accumulated.
The timing matters. When whale accumulation starts rising alongside a bullish fundamental narrative, traders naturally start watching for a technical trigger.
For now, ARB price has the ingredients for a potential trend shift, but the market still needs confirmation. Rising whale transaction activity suggests larger participants are becoming more active, while the tokenized-asset and Robinhood Chain thesis provides a potential fundamental catalyst.
If the right trigger arrives, the current accumulation could help ARB price establish an uptrend structure. But until that happens, the $10 target remains a long-term forecast rather than an immediate price expectation.
