A crypto analyst said summer 2026 could be a major turning point for the market, with XRP, Stellar (XLM), and Shiba Inu (SHIB) potentially benefiting if Bitcoin enters its next bullish phase.

When it comes to XRP, the analyst has a firm belief that the token could be one of the biggest beneficiaries if money starts flowing back into large-cap altcoins.
His view isn’t based on any Ripple announcement, but on XRP’s history of outperforming when the broader altcoin market rises. If Bitcoin goes up, he expects investors to rotate capital into established names like XRP.
The analyst is also positive on Stellar (XLM), pointing to the growing attention around tokenization, stablecoins, and blockchain-based financial infrastructure.
While no price target was shared, he believes XLM could gain from rising real-world blockchain adoption if markets improve.
For Shiba Inu (SHIB), the story is different. The analyst noted that SHIB continues to be driven largely by its community and retail investor interest.
If sentiment turns bullish, he expects meme coins to see fresh inflows, with SHIB still a top name. In past bull runs, retail traders quickly piled into meme coins once confidence returned.
A crucial part is focused on the recent rate hike by the Bank of Japan, which raised rates from 0.75% to 1%. The analyst noted that similar moves in the past have sometimes caused market volatility.
However, he argued that Bitcoin’s historical cycles, combined with other seasonal market patterns he tracks, suggest the current period could be an accumulation phase before a larger move higher.
He notes that if Bitcoin rallies soon, XRP, XLM, and SHIB could be key altcoins to watch into summer 2026.
