Evernorth said an administrative delay, which it does not expect to affect the closing, has pushed back its timeline. The company now expects to close the business combination with Armada Acquisition Corp. II on Friday, October 9, with XRPN starting to trade on Nasdaq on Monday, October 12. Both dates remain subject to customary closing conditions and Nasdaq listing requirements. The new schedule replaces the earlier plan to close October 7 and begin trading October 8. Armada II shareholders have already approved the merger, and at closing Evernorth expects to hold about 473 million XRP.
