Winklevoss-Backed Treasury BV Raises €126M for Bitcoin Buy

Treasury BV, supported by Winklevoss Capital and Nakamoto Holdings, raised €126 million (approximately $147 million) to acquire over 1,000 Bitcoin. The Netherlands-based company is preparing to list publicly through a reverse merger with MKB Nedsense on Euronext Amsterdam under the ticker TRSR. It also recently acquired Bitcoin Amsterdam, aiming to boost bitcoin adoption across Europe and position itself as a leading digital asset treasury firm.
