The Uniswap Foundation has granted up to $9 million to Brevis to develop a trustless Router Rebate program that offers gas fee rebates for routers using Uniswap v4 hooked pools. This program uses Brevis’s zero-knowledge Data Coprocessor and Pico zkVM to calculate and verify rebates off-chain securely and transparently, without centralized tracking. The initiative aims to encourage router integration of Uniswap v4, reducing costs and boosting adoption while maintaining DeFi’s trustless nature.
