
BitMine said it purchased 27,801 ETH over the past week, increasing its total holdings to 5,770,038 ETH, or about 4.8% of Ethereum’s total supply. The company has also staked 4,917,189 ETH and held $482 million in cash and marketable securities as of July 12. Combined crypto holdings, cash, and other investments were valued at $11.3 billion. Investors will watch whether BitMine reaches its goal of owning 5% of Ethereum’s supply later this year.
