Strategy repurchased $1.5 billion of its convertible notes at an 8% discount, reducing total convertible debt from $8.2 billion to $6.7 billion. The move strengthens the company’s balance sheet while also helping fund the purchase of 24,869 additional Bitcoin. Led by Michael Saylor, the firm now holds 843,738 BTC alongside $871 million in cash reserves.
