Stablecoin Market Cap Recovers $4B but Remains Below Previous Levels

The stablecoin market is showing signs of recovery after losing $14 billion in market capitalization since May. Since September, the market cap has increased by $4 billion to around $270 billion. The rebound indicates that liquidity is gradually returning to the crypto market, but the pace remains limited. Stronger stablecoin inflows could provide additional liquidity for digital assets and support broader market activity. More capital would need to enter the market for liquidity conditions to strengthen further.
