SK Hynix has raised $26.5 billion after selling 177.9 million ADRs at $149 each, marking the largest first-time U.S. share sale by a foreign company. The offering was more than seven times oversubscribed, with investor demand reportedly nearing $200 billion, highlighting strong appetite for AI semiconductor stocks. Each ADR represents one-tenth of a common share and was priced at a 3% premium to the company’s Korean-listed stock. The ADRs began trading on Nasdaq under the temporary ticker SKHYV, before transitioning to SKHY for regular trading.
