NewGenIvf Sold Entire XRP Holdings Before Year-End, SEC Filing Shows

Nasdaq-listed IVF company NewGenIvf (NIVF) disclosed in an SEC filing that it purchased 146,432 XRP in 2025 but sold the entire position before year-end, booking a $10,849 realized gain. Only its Solana holdings remained on the books as of December 31.
