
Strategy Executive Chairman Michael Saylor said the next 24 months could be important for the digital asset industry, highlighting the leadership of the CFTC, SEC, Treasury and White House. Speaking at the Bitcoin Policy Institute’s Freedom Tech DC Summit, Saylor said regulatory policies could influence the development and use of digital assets. He has also called for rules that protect the ability to create, custody, transfer and use digital assets. His comments come as the U.S. regulatory framework for crypto, stablecoins and tokenized assets continues to develop.
