Iran’s Nobitex Confirms $48M Hack, Vows Full Reimbursement

Iranian crypto exchange Nobitex has confirmed a security breach involving unauthorized access to its hot wallet, resulting in an estimated $48.65 million loss. The platform has disabled affected systems and launched a full investigation. Nobitex assured users that all losses will be covered through its insurance fund and internal reserves, and that cold wallet assets remain secure. The hacker group Gonjeshke Darande, which claims ties to pro-Israel operations, has taken responsibility for the attack.
