To create a new perp DEX on HyperCore, builders stake 500,000 HYPE tokens, which helps protect users and ensure quality. HIP-3 works with HyperEVM, adding smart contracts, on-chain governance, and robust safety checks. With this upgrade, creators get control and new opportunities, helping expand the types of assets and markets available in the fast-moving crypto derivatives world.
