Grayscale plans to update the trust agreements for its Ethereum Staking ETF (ETHE) and Solana Staking ETF (GSOL). The changes would allow ETH and SOL staking rewards to be converted into cash and paid to shareholders at least quarterly after fees. The amendments could take effect as early as August 7. Payment amounts and dates will depend on staking rewards, expenses, and tax considerations. ETHE previously distributed about $9.39 million in staking rewards, equal to roughly $0.083 per share.
