Evernorth Holdings has amended its planned Nasdaq listing terms to better reflect the value of its XRP treasury. The company will replace the previous $2.36 XRP reference price with XRP’s volume-weighted average price closer to the deal’s closing date. The change is expected to reduce the number of shares issued, giving each share a larger share of Evernorth’s XRP holdings. Investors representing more than 95% of committed capital have agreed to the revised terms. The Nasdaq listing is expected in late Q3 or early Q4 2026.
