Binance recorded nearly $490 billion in equity futures trading volume in July, highlighting growing demand for traditional financial assets within the crypto market. Trading in products linked to major U.S. stocks has increased across several crypto exchanges as investors look for ways to access traditional markets without leaving the crypto ecosystem. Other exchanges also recorded significant volumes, including MEXC, Bitget, Gate and Bybit, with monthly volumes ranging from about $72 billion to $32 billion. The trend shows that liquidity is spreading across more types of assets as investors diversify beyond cryptocurrencies. Despite Bitcoin’s decline this year, stablecoin supply has remained relatively strong, suggesting much of the capital is still within the crypto ecosystem and can move between different assets as market conditions change.
