According to blockchain security firms including PeckShieldAlert, attackers manipulated a flawed BTCB oracle price update, triggering large liquidations, bad debt, and the sale of newly minted BLC tokens for USDT. BLC fell to around $0.001358 early Wednesday with no recovery yet. 42DAO has not released an official statement, and investors are awaiting further updates.
