WWE launches new ‘Moonsault’ and gets back into the NFT business. WWE plans to officially introduce WWE Moonsault prior to WrestleMania 38, which takes place at AT&T Stadium in Dallas on April 2 & 3.

WWE Chief Brand Officer Stephanie McMahon announced the name of WWE's new NFT platform, WWE Moonsault.

WWE Moonsault comes after the company announced in October 2021 that it will join a relationship with Fox's Blockchain Creative Labs.

The pro wrestling market leaders have taken part in NFTs in the past, launching Undertaker and John Cena tokens last year.

Announcement comes as the market for NFTs appears to be cooling, with average sale prices dropping to under $2,000 from $6,800.
