RBI Believes Crypto Should Be Banned: Nirmala Sitharaman!

India’s central bank believes “cryptocurrencies should be banned,” the government told parliament on Monday, July 18.

RBI mentioned that cryptocurrencies are not a currency because every modern currency needs to be issued by the Central Bank / Government - Nirmala Sitharaman stated.
