TINA.org sent letters to more than a dozen celebrities who have promoted NFTs on their social media accounts.

The Letter stated that the celebrities in connection with NFT need to be clearly and conspicuously disclosed in the endorsement as required by FTC law.

The celebrity List included Justin Bieber, Gwyneth Paltrow, Eva Longoria, Floyd Mayweather, Tom Brady, DJ Khaled, Paris Hilton, Eminem, Snoop dog, and many others.

In response to TINA.org’s letter, Bieber’s legal team denied any wrongdoing but stated that Bieber would “[n]evertheless … update his posts concerning in Betweeners in order to further underscore his widely publicized connection with that company.”
