The contest has been on the go since 16 April and will conclude on 14 May (11:59 HKT) 2021. To date, there are over 3,800 entries into the competition. No purchase is necessary to enter, but the winner must complete KYC formalities to claim the prize. Entries are earned by completing tasks.
For example, creating a user account on the Centralex Launchpad returns two (2) entries, and one (1) entry each is awarded for signing up to the Centralex newsletter and visiting the Centralex website. Completing these three mandatory tasks results in a total of four (4) entries and subsequently unlocks a raft of other ways to earn more entries and improve your chances to win.

Centralex, headquartered in Hong Kong, aims to shake up the cryptocurrency exchange space by simplifying the trading experience so as to welcome a more diverse range of users into the world of virtual assets. The vast majority of digital asset exchange users are millennials who grew up on the Internet and feel fully at ease using blockchain technology for both payment and investing purposes.
Other age groups and those less tech-savvy are much more reluctant to participate. Many are intimidated by the steep learning curve of exchange interfaces and consequently have remained on the sidelines. Centralex focuses on catering to this large demographic by offering an intuitive exchange platform that emphasizes simplicity and ease of use.
The exchange boasts state-of-the-art security, which includes integrated MPC-wallet infrastructure from Fireblocks, as well as real-time KYC/AML verification via Shufti Pro. To further encourage the adoption of cryptocurrency, the team plans to integrate a number of convenient payment features, such as utility payments, which will be accessible directly from the app. Centralex ATMs are also in the pipeline.
